Job vacancy: Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to supervise and manage machine building, shed construction, electric connection, and contractor relationships. The applicant will be working closely with our Head of Engineering and assisting in all related tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Report to manager and maintain communication between all elements of machines and construction operations.
• Supervise all machines repairs and preparation of spare parts.
• Direct technicians over different operations and train them where needed.
• Guaranty all machines safety and productivity.
• Plan and execute tasks and projects with team.
• Maintains workshop organization, tools and equipment, and inventory requirements.
• Maintain high sense of safety measures.
• Inspects machines for troubleshooting
• Set B.O.Q for projects or machines.

 
REQUIREMENTS:

• Age max. 40 years old with good physical and mental health
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years working experience as leader in Maintenance/Engineering /Mechanic, specially in industrial field.
• Good skills in basic mechanic operation (e.g. welding, tig cutting, grinding etc)
• Having knowledge in basic machinery operations and parts, machine design and mechanical drawing.
• Experience in SolidWorks is a plus.
• Understands the Indonesian Market for steel and equipment (e.g.SNI Steel dimensions and shapes, tool brands, bearings, etc)
• Having experience to handle projects and equipment cost accounting.
• Fluent in English
