Job Vacancy: Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruitment/Hiring Coordinator to headhunt, select, interview, and recruit the brightest and most efficient team we are looking forward to have in our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Sourcing workforce with a powerful and sustainable kickoff strategy
• Headhunting via digital and traditional means
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Collecting, screening, and selecting applications
• Networking with potential hires on social media and during recruitment events
• Conducting initial phone screens
• Interviewing candidates and coordinating user interviews when needed
• Conducting the needed psychological assessment for candidatesHandling employee training and development
• Tracking recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
• Training and instructing users on hiring and assessment techniques 
• Maintaining a database for potential future hires
• Hosting and participating in job fairs

 
REQUIREMENTS: 

• Well-networked and able to headhunt and reach the needed workforce
• Highly skilled in selection and interviewing to satisfy requirements
• Good knowledge in Labor Law and welfare
• Highly persuasive and a friendly face of our HR Department
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and able to conduct appropriate psychological assessment
• More than 2 years experiences in related field (preferably manufacturing)
• Shows high leadership skills, listening skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, and problems solving skills
• Fluent in English
• ​Experience in operating HRIS
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, internet, email, social media etc.)
• High emotional intelligence and understanding of the needs of our employees
• Understanding the management’s approach to workforce matters and enforcing it
• Good analytical thinking, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Proactive team player with no competitiveness and desire to learn, help, and support
• Preferably living in Karanganyar or Solo area
• Very positive and enthusiastic personality
