Job Vacancy: Production Supervisor

We are looking for a production supervisor to lead our various production teams under the direction of our Operations Manager. Your role will be highly administrative and has to do with personnel management, task allocation, and producing reports for management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Leading production teams and assigning tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Selecting and developing team leaders 
- Developing SOPs to ensure high efficiency and productivity
- Coordinating with QC and mechanical teams to guarantee high quality products
- Developing procedures and systems to measure and control production and loss during all processes
- Coordinating raw material movement among departments and meeting schedules agreed upon with Export and Purchasing Departments
- Updating and producing daily and monthly reports regarding material usage, WIP, production, inventory levels, and loss during different stages
- Meeting KPIs of all departments
- Managing downtime and coordinating prompt maintenance with the mechanical team
- Communicating culture, vision, announcements, targets,  mandates, and other matters of importance to employees
- Developing interdepartmental coordination and team spirit
- Preparing various reports and undergoing occasional projects 


REQUIREMENTS: 

• Attained a Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably in Business Administration/Management/MIS/HR/Psychology
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills 
• Highly organized and systematic
• 2+ years of relevant experience 
• Fluent in English
• Healthy and fit to move from one department to another and manage personnel across all the operational departments
• Able to lead a team to plan/coordinate order satisfaction and meet KPIS
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Clever, highly motivated, and with a high sense of initiative and loyalty
• Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data
• Proactive team player with no competitiveness and a desire to learn, help, and support​
• Very positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Preferably living in Karanganyar or Solo area or willing to accomodate
