Job Vacancy: Export Manager

We are looking for an Export Manager with deep knowledge in export procedures, Bea Cukai regulations, shipment planning, and common trade  practices. The candidate has to have a decent network within the ocean freight industry and excellent negotiation skills to make sure we receive the best deals in a timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Leading the Export Team and ensuring flawless sales procedures
- Developing SOPs to ensure the commitment to a zero-error policy in handling our matters related to our orders' satisfaction and customers' interests.
-  Producing quotations, proforma invoices, work orders, packing lists, and invoices
- Sales planning including CBM calculation, tracking orders within operations stream, and meeting KPIs.
- Scheduling shipments and coordination with the Operations team to meet deadlines
- Procuring offerings for export and EMKL
- Updating various reports and records related to sales and exports
- Supervising loading processing and coordinating with truck drivers and porters
- Producing and submitting PEBs online
- Appraising Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin
- Coordinating related payments with freight forwarders and our accounting department
- Authenticating documents in embassies of destination countries and/or KADIN upon customers' requests
- Coordinating telex releases and/or deliveries of shipping documents to customers
- Occasionally handling imports
- Occasionally communicating with customers

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Attained a Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably in Business Administration/Management 
• Deep knowledgeable in shipping and logistics
• Highly networked within freight and transportation industries
  
• Excellent negotiation skills
  
• 5+ years of relevant experience 
  
• Fluent in English
• Able to lead a team to plan/coordinate order satisfaction and meet KPIS
  
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  
• Intelligent, highly motivated, and with a high sense of initiative and loyalty
• Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data
• Proactive team player with no competitiveness and a desire to learn, help, and support​
• Physically energetic and willing to cross cities to make sure targets are met
  
• Very positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Preferably living in Karanganyar or Solo area or willing to accomodate
