Job Vacancy: Accounting Manager

We are looking for someone to lead our accounting department under the supervision of our Head of Finance & Accounting and in coordination with the company's Director and our office in UAE. This position requires extensive knowledge in accounting procedures and management. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Setup systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and taxation.
- Train, manage, and lead a team of accountants 
- Prepare end-of-month cost reports
- Prepare quarterly PNL Statements
- Prepare  Annual Financial Report
- Coordinate with independent auditors 
- Prepare and manage budgets for various departments
- Prepare Forecast reports
- Approve purchases and controlling expenses
- Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification
- Evaluating profitability, efficiency, processes, and team members

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
• Highly knowledgeable in accounting procedures, Indonesian tax law, and compliance practices.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting for manufacturing
• Fluent in English
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills and experience in accounting softwares (Tally is a plus)
• Able to develop methodologies and systems to complete processes more efficiently
• Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate ideas clearly and flawlessly
• Proactive team player with no competitiveness and a desire to learn, help, and support​
• Very positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Preferably living in Karanganyar or Solo area or willing to accomodate
